What is your favorite thing about the company? The diversity of experience, knowledge, and personality.

What does customer service mean to you? We specialize in relationships. My customers aren't shopping at a self-checkout department store-we have established relationships between them and I. Customer service, relationally, builds upon working to be an asset to my clients, not a burden. I know what their business needs because I know their business, I like to believe I am an extension of my clients in the market place.

What are some fun facts about yourself? Debated in college, married with three daughters

What is your favorite food? Mac and Cheese

Do you have any pets? 2 Dogs: Lula Bell and Julie Grace
