Hello

My name is Kellee Griffith and I grew up in Cullomburg, AL which is about 30 miles from Waynesboro. After graduating from Auburn University, I never imagined that I would get to move back home, but we did just that in 2018. I joined the SMT team as the recruiting coordinator in 2024.

What year did you start at SMT? 2024

What do you specialize in? Recruiting

What is your favorite thing about the company? The atmosphere. There's a lot going on and the people are great.

What are some fun facts about yourself? I'm a charter member of the Auburn University Bass Club. We hosted the Southern Collegiate Bass Fishing Trail which was one of the first multi-college tournament series. It's really cool to see how that has grown into what college bass fishing is today!

What is your favorite food? I love a good ribeye.

Do you have any pets? A mini heeler (Daisy) and a heeler/Catahoula mix (Roscoe).

What is your favorite line from a movie? "Did we just become best friends?"

What are some of your hobbies? Designing landscapes, promoting agriculture, playing golf, and tooling leather even though I'm not great at it.

What are some things you love? I love my kids and my family. I love the beach, good food, feel good music and making new friends!

What are some bucket list items? Travel to Switzerland and Bora Bora. Although the thought of flying over water for that long scares me.
